Terms and conditions

TipSignal (tipsignal.net) is provided by Vitalos Technologies Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16696895) ("we", "us"). Contact: support@tipsignal.net. These terms apply when you use the site and when you subscribe to Pro.

1. What TipSignal is, and is not

TipSignal is an information and analytics service. It publishes probabilities from statistical models for football matches, compares them with bookmaker prices, and keeps a public record of every prediction it has published, wins and losses alike.

• We place no bets, for you or for anyone.
• We hold no customer funds and take no stakes.
• We run no competitions and offer no prizes.
• We promise no outcome, winnings or profit. Probabilities are estimates; no outcome is certain, and losing runs happen.

Nothing on TipSignal is financial advice. If you choose to bet, that decision, and its risk, is yours alone.

2. Who can use it

• You must be 18 or over. We ask you to confirm this before tips or alerts are shown.
• You are responsible for checking that gambling is legal where you live, and for following the law there.
• Do not use TipSignal if gambling is causing you harm. You can self-exclude at any time; see responsible gambling.

3. Pro subscriptions

Pro gives access to every tip, the gap vs market, model agreement, the value scanner, the accumulator builder and Pro alerts.

• The price follows the country of your payment card. The amount shown before you pay is the amount charged.
• Prices do not include VAT; we are not VAT registered.
• A monthly plan bills every month and a yearly plan every year, from the date of the first charge.
• Card plans (Stripe): 7-day free trial, card required, once per payment card. The first charge is taken 7 days after you start, on the date shown next to the button before you pay, unless you cancel before then. If the card you use has already had a TipSignal trial, there is no second trial: the first charge is taken when you subscribe.
• Nigeria (Paystack): free week, no card, once per account. Nothing is charged automatically when the free week ends; Pro simply stops. If you choose to subscribe, the first charge is taken when you pay, and subscribing during the free week ends it.
• Automatic renewal. After the first charge, your plan renews automatically at the end of each month or year, at the price then in force, until you cancel. We will email you before any price change takes effect.
• Cancelling takes one click on your account page: "Manage or cancel" opens the Stripe customer portal; "Cancel subscription" cancels a Paystack plan. No further payments are taken; Pro stays on until the end of the period already paid for.
• Payments are processed by Stripe or Paystack. We never see or store your card number.

4. Your 14-day right to cancel, and refunds

If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment, we'll refund it in full. This is automatic: cancel from your account page and the payment goes back to the card or account you paid with, and Pro ends straight away. Because Pro starts immediately, we ask you to confirm before you pay:

"I ask TipSignal to start Pro immediately. If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment, we'll refund it in full."

We store that confirmation, with the date and wording, against your account. Our refund policy in full:

• Cancel during a free trial or free week and you pay nothing.
• Cancel within 14 days of your first payment and that payment is refunded in full.
• This automatic refund applies once per customer. We recognise a returning customer by their payment card, or by their Paystack account and card. Any later refund request, email support@tipsignal.net and we will review it by hand.
• If we charge you by mistake, or twice, we refund that charge in full.
• If a renewal goes through that you meant to cancel, email support@tipsignal.net within 7 days of the charge; if you have not used Pro since the renewal, we refund it in full and cancel the plan.
• Otherwise, cancelling stops future payments and Pro runs to the end of the paid period; we do not refund part-periods.
• Nothing here affects rights you have by law, for example if the service is faulty or not as described.

5. The public record

Every published prediction is fixed at kick-off and cannot be edited afterwards, by anyone, including us. A prediction withdrawn before kick-off stays on the record with the reason.

6. Your account and fair use

Sign-in links are sent to your email, so keep that inbox secure. Pro is for your personal use. We may suspend accounts used to copy and resell our content, to abuse free trials, or to break these terms; we will tell you why.

7. Liability

We work to keep the data accurate and the site available, but we are not liable for losses from bets or other decisions you make using TipSignal, or for any loss of profit. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes, law and contact

We will email subscribers before material changes to these terms take effect. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction; if you are a consumer living elsewhere, you also keep the protections of the law where you live.
