How tips are recorded, settled and shown on the public record.
How are tips settled?
From the full-time result after 90 minutes plus stoppage time, unless the market says otherwise. Postponed or abandoned matches are void.
Can a published tip be changed?
No. A tip is recorded before kick-off and cannot be edited afterwards. It can only be withdrawn before kick-off, and the withdrawal stays on the record with its reason.
How is the hit rate worked out?
Won ÷ (won + lost). Void and pending tips are left out.
A result looks wrong. What do I do?
Open the tip’s proof page and use “Report a wrong result” in Support. We check every report against the official score.
When will my tip settle?
A tip settles when its result reaches us: within a few hours of full time when our live scores feed has it, otherwise at the next results update on Wednesday or Saturday. Until then it shows as Pending. Postponed or abandoned matches are settled as void.
