Paying and renewals

Naira prices go through Paystack: you can pay by card, bank transfer or USSD. A card payment renews by itself each month or year until you cancel. Bank transfer and USSD pay for one month or one year at a time.

In the UK, Pro is £9.99 a month or £79 a year, paid by card through Stripe. The plan renews by itself until you cancel. If you start with the free week, you are charged when it ends unless you cancel before then. Outside the UK and Nigeria, the price is a fixed amount in US dollars.

No. Bank transfer and USSD pay for one month or one year at a time; only card payments renew by themselves. From 5 days before your Pro ends, a banner shows the end date and a Renew now button. After it ends, Pro stays on for a 3-day grace period. After that your account goes back to Free until you pay again.

Open Account, then Billing, and look under Payments and receipts. Every payment is listed with its receipt number, amount, date and payment method, including bank transfer and USSD payments.

Email support@tipsignal.net within 7 days of the renewal charge. If you have not used Pro since it renewed, we refund that payment in full and cancel the plan. Otherwise, cancelling stops future payments and Pro runs to the end of the period you paid for.
