Billing and payments

₦5,000 a month or ₦50,000 a year in Nigeria; £9.99 a month or £79 a year in the UK; $3.99 a month or $29 a year in the rest of Africa; $9.99 a month or $79 a year elsewhere. Checkout uses the country on your profile: Nigeria pays in naira through Paystack, everywhere else by card through Stripe. A card from a country with a higher price moves the plan to that price.

On card payments the 7-day trial needs a card and is once per card; you are charged when it ends unless you cancel. In Nigeria the free week needs no card and simply stops unless you subscribe.

Open Account, then Billing. Your access continues until the end of the period you paid for.

Cancel within 14 days of your first payment and that payment is refunded in full: cancel in Account → Billing, the money goes back to the card or account you paid with, and Pro ends straight away. This automatic refund applies once per customer. Cancel during a free week and you pay nothing. After that, cancelling stops future payments and Pro runs to the end of the paid period; we do not refund part-periods. For anything else, email support@tipsignal.net.

Your bank may decline online or recurring payments. Try another method or contact your bank.

If we charge you by mistake, or twice for the same thing, we refund that charge in full. Email support@tipsignal.net with the date and the amount, and we check it against our payment records.
