How do I sign in?
With a one-time link sent to your email, or with Google. There is no password to remember.
How do I change the odds format?
Account → Preferences: decimal, fractional or probability. It applies across tips, markets and slips.
How do I export or delete my data?
Account → Privacy. Export downloads everything we hold about you; deletion removes your account once any paid subscription is cancelled.
Do you take bets?
No. TipSignal provides analytics and does not accept bets or hold betting funds.
How do I contact support?
Use the chat button at the bottom right, the contact form on the Support page, or email support@tipsignal.net. The live chat is staffed from 08:00 to 22:00 WAT, 7 days a week. Outside those hours, leave a message and we reply when we are back.
What data do you keep, and where?
Your account details, such as your email, profile, watchlist and alert settings, while your account exists. Payment records for 6 years, as UK tax law requires. Usage analytics for 12 months, and only if you accept analytics cookies. Our database is in the UK (London); analytics and error reports are stored in the EU. The privacy policy lists every service we use. You can export or delete your data in Account → Privacy.
